INFLUENCER PRODUCT/SERVICE DEVELOPMENT (40%)
Market Research: Analyze influencer marketing trends and key case studies; collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored product packages for brands.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of influencers, vendors, and service providers to propose effective influencer marketing solutions for digital campaigns.
Service Improvement: Collect and manage client and internal feedback to continuously enhance our influencer marketing products and services.
INFLUENCER MARKETING CAMPAIGN EXECUTION (60%)
Campaign Strategy: Identify, select, and propose influencer solutions that align with campaign goals, budgets, and brand requirements.
KOL Project Management: Coordinate closely with internal teams and partners to execute influencer marketing campaigns efficiently, ensuring smooth operations within timeline, budget, content, and client expectations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, optimize KPIs, and generate reports and insights to refine and improve future campaigns.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media or Influencer Marketing.
Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, content strategies, and performance measurement.
Proven ability to manage influencer relationships, partnerships, and campaign execution.
Excellent analytical skills, research capabilities, and data synthesis.
