SUPPORT ACTIVATION IN STORE
- Planning & Implementing store activation (Operation, communication) to increase traffic to stores.
- Coordinate to prepare necessary materials and supplies (POSM, technical equipment, goods, budget,…)
- Manage the activation inventory, including inventory counting, and transporting materials.
- Ensure constant communication between the retail team, trading team, accounting team, warehouse team, vendors, and project lead. Generate the cost for the order and process the internal shipment for DC to store
- Tracking implementation progress, collect execution images, analyze campaign results, and prepare performance reports.
- Implement other tasks at line manager assigned.
PAYMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Collect and verify invoices and documents related to activities expenses.
- Liaise with vendors to confirm services, submit and follow up all PR/PO/AFP to ensure process payments on time.
- Maintain and report activation expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget and current process.
