Get to know the Role:
- You will undergo a development plan incorporating on-the job training, cross-functional attachments, special projects / assignments and classroom training.
- You will gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties.
- You will also have frequent opportunities to meet with our senior management team.
The day-to-day activities:
- Work closely with senior management to plan, develop and execute high- level projects that will visibly be taking Grab to the next level
- Use live data to explore potential opportunities for potential new business or ways to enhance current practices; and in new territories where data is not available, you’ll get on-the-ground and get your hands dirty
- Execute initiatives (most of the time your very own) to create solution; making operation processes more polished and streamlined
- Learn and share with your peers and superiors in an environment where your ideas will be heard – as long as you are willing to follow through and make it happen!
The must haves:
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good in written and spoken English
- Bachelor or Master Degree with GPA min 3.4 from Reputable National or Private University Graduates (such as UGM, ITB, and UI)
- Have 0-2 years of working experience
- Understand the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
- Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
