  • Be a knowledgeable consultant to advise stakeholders on workforce related issues: talented integration, be partner with business unit restructuring and HR programs
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by stakeholders: implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices; competence management and development; improving relations between Stakeholders and HR team, and Performance Management
  • Partner with the other Tiki HR functions (compensation, benefits, performance management) on delivering appropriate and timely programs and processes for stakeholders. To resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a HR department
  • High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Must have excellent understanding of HR employee lifecycle and willingness to be hands-on.
  • Preferable experience working with startups.
  • Good at English; be proactive and excellent interpersonal skill
