Job Purpose: The HRBP Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting all HR activities at the plant to ensure efficient people operations and alignment with company policies. This role focuses on building a strong HR system, managing C&B operations, and partnering with line managers to drive engagement, capability, and performance across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a business partner to line managers to support manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage and monitor HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Oversee C&B operations (attendance, payroll, insurance, labor contracts) in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Coordinate recruitment for plant positions, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.
Support training needs analysis and implementation of training plans for factory employees.
Implement employee relations and engagement activities to build a positive working environment.
Provide HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
Work closely with the HR Head Office team to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of HR systems, data management, and C&B processes.
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers and reports.
Well-rounded HR experience across multiple functions such as Recruitment, Training, and Employee Engagement is an advantage.
Good command of English (both written and verbal communication).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
