Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
(Master’s degree holders are still welcome, even with limited experience).
Solid communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools/software.
Basic understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR regulations.
Possession of a Vietnamese driver’s license is an advantage.
