Job requirement

  • Managed the recruitment cycle through diverse sourcing platforms to attract qualified candidates.

  • Conducted preliminary interviews and supported the decision-making process in candidate selection.

  • Oversaw timekeeping records and ensured compliance with attendance regulations.

  • Designed and applied performance assessment frameworks using KPIs for both individuals and teams.

  • Administered employee compensation and benefit programs.

Job requirement

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields in Vietnam.

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, employee welfare (C&B), and basic performance management.

  • Chinese speaking

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
    (Master’s degree holders are still welcome, even with limited experience).

  • Solid communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools/software.

  • Basic understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR regulations.

  • Possession of a Vietnamese driver’s license is an advantage.
