1. Employer Branding & Internal Communication
- Lead the creation and execution of employer branding campaigns across digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Career website, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Universities, media, and external stakeholders to enhance employer visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate and represent the Company at career fairs, campus events, and employer brand activations.
- Track and analyze key employer branding metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment) to continuously improve impact and audience connection.
- Stay updated with content and social trends to keep our brand storytelling fresh, engaging, and relevant.
- Support the Internal Communication Lead in crafting and delivering clear, consistent, and inspiring internal messages across the organization.
- Develop & manage internal communication channels and platforms (intranet, digital screens, newsletters, email campaigns, etc.) to ensure timely & transparent information flow.
- Coordinate and produce the company’s internal magazine/newsletter, curating stories that celebrate our culture, achievements, and people highlights.
- Craft communication materials that make corporate updates, strategy, and business results easy to understand, inspiring, and connected to our purpose.
2. Learning & Development
- Organize and logistic arrangement for training courses (book travel & training arrangement, send invitations, meeting room booking, room set up, meal, following up training quotation/contract.)
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Handle all related Purchase orders/payments to make sure that all the mentioned tasks get done smoothly and comply with policy.
- Carry out and support capability and training needs assessments (TNA) to identify key skills gaps, competencies, and development opportunities.
- Proactively involve in annual budget planning cycle; translate Corporate business strategy and L&D strategy into training needs, based on that, develop L&D plan and propose. training budget which supports our business and organization needs.
2. Employee Engagement
- Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities (Year-End Party, Company Trip, Strategy Day, Wipro Run, Women’s Day, etc.).
- Create engaging internal communication materials such as newsletters, digital posts, and video updates to strengthen company culture and connection.
- Assist in managing internal channels (email, intranet, digital boards) to ensure timely and effective communication flow.
- Gather feedback and contribute creative ideas to enhance employee experience and cultural initiatives.
3. Learning & Development
- Provide logistical and communication support for training programs and workshops (invitations, room setup, materials, follow-up).
- Help maintain learning records, databases, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in promoting L&D campaigns to drive awareness and participation across departments.
- Support the planning and execution of internal learning events (leadership talks, knowledge-sharing sessions, etc.).
