Mô tả công việc

Recruitment Management:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:Lead the entire recruitment process from creating job descriptions to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers (from store to back office positions).
  • Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, providing them with the necessary tools and information to succeed.

Employee Management:

Employee Training and Development:

  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including evaluation and feedback sessions.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Address employee complaints and implement solutions to improve morale.

Company Culture Development:

  • Lead initiatives to develop and nurture a positive company culture fostering collaboration, innovation, and well-being.
  • Organize and facilitate team-building activities, company events, and workshops to enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure that the company’s core values and mission are integrated into everyday business practices and employee interactions.
  • Promote an inclusive and supportive work environment, addressing any cultural challenges as the company scales.

Administrative Work: Office Management

  • Oversee daily administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • In charge of purchasing and managing office resources, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Compensation & Benefit:

In charge of calculating salary, wages, and leave of employees based on information provided by accounting and other departments

HR Policy Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management and administration, focusing on recruitment for big headcount companies
  • Experience in scaling start-ups, especially in the wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
  • Have a passion for building a strong company’s culture and standing out from the industry norm
  • Willing to travel to meet the company’s growth plan
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR compliance.
  • Familiar with SOP, working with HR software, platforms, and tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Self-driven and can work independently with less supervision
  • Be able and open to receiving and giving feedback
