Mô tả công việc

  • Be focal point of developing, amending documents on labor relation such as: labor contract, internal labor rules, collective labor agreement, Code of conducts and professional ethics;
  • Provide guidance and support to management and human resources staff in addressing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations;
  • Manage personnel data, file labor documents in accordance with company regulations and be focal point of submitting periodical/ ad-hoc report on personnel change, personnel quality of the company;
  • Implement procedures related to personnel arrangement such as: appointment, dismissal, internal transfer, sending staffs to business trip abroad;
  • Implement labor contract conclusion, follow/supervise/remind labor contract conclusion, handle labor contract termination, process work permit and other required procedures for foreign employees,…;
  • Collaborate with relevant HR sections to improve and standardize processes and procedures;
  • Standardize data formats and templates to ensure consistency across HR functions;
  • Analyze the data flow across HR sections and develop standardized processes for seamless data transition;
  • Perform other related duties assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor in Human resource management, Finance, Business Administration.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in equivalent positions.
  • Fluent computer skills (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint).
  • Master labor law and have knowledge on compensation and benefit, Social Insurance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Good problem solving skill & English communication.
