ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
HR Tasks (40%)
Assist with recruitment processes: download Cvs from recruitment channel, classify CVs by assignment, contact with candidates and set up the interview as as directed
Maintain employee records and files: input new employee’s information in ShopVue, check employee’s documents based on the employee file list
Help with time and attendance tracking, leave records
Make a sick report, send the file to the insurance company and follow up until the file is successful
Track and management employee uniforms: Shirt, shoes, safety glass…..
Track and management employee annual leave
Maintain and issue company’s memo as directed
Facilitate training by assisting with organization and logistics.
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Admin Tasks (60%)
Handle Office supplies, including managing and ordering office supplies, medical supplies, drinking water, special requests.
Record and manage service contracts and renewals: environmental company, rental car, security service, heath checks, taxi, grab, etc
Download and check monthly red invoices before send to accounting for payment of: VSIP (electronic, water), telephone, Grab, taxi, rental car, mailing
Assist with managing office expenses and claims.
Assist with mnager to organize company events and team-building activities.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.
EDUCATION OR WORK EXPERIENCES:
Graduated from College/University in the following majors: Human Resources Management, Office Administration, Law, ...
2-3 years experience
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Google Sheet,...).
Good communication, honest, responsible, proactive.
Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of legal
