DAILY TASKS
1. Daily meal report for employee (included main meal and overtime).
2. Tasks assigned by Manager.
MONTHLY TASKS
1. Admin:
· Plan and Organize employee engagement events and activities such as Employee’s birthday, Employee of Month Award, Women’s Day, Year-end party, Staff farewells etc.
· Prepare a plan for requirement for the month for stationary and other consumables and arrange for monthly payments.
· Monthly utilities payment for expat managers.
· Preparation for welcoming guests visiting the factory (Transportation, Hotel, Meals, Ensuring hygiene and housekeeping outside the factory and in canteen area, other specific jobs as assigned)
2. Timekeeping:
· Data collection of Annual leave and other leaves (sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.) of employees for monthly salary calculation.
· Monitor plan vs actual, reporting of overtime in all sections for ofi employees and Casual Labor, Calculation of monthly salary for both ofi employees and Casual Labor.
· Coordinate with HODs and Managers to handle and resolve any attendance related issues.
· Ensure full payment of employee benefits (Employee of the month, union benefits, etc.)
NEED BASED TASKS
1. Recruitment
· Recruit Casual Labor based on Supervisor and Plant Manager’s requirement.
· Recruit ofi employee based on Business and Operation's requirement.
2. Audit:
· Ensure that all records of overtime and working hours for employees are in accordance with the requirements of the law.
· Prepare entire set of HR related documents in accordance with each audit.
· Ensure all employees are fully trained in HR practices and policies for auditor’s review.
3. Training:
· Onboarding training for new employees.
· Periodic training for all employee
· Arrange job specific training courses and refresher training of employees.
· Follow E-learning program and motivate employees regularly so they the training schedule is completed on time.
· Coordinate with Central HSE team and External vendors to organize safety and first aid training for employees.
4. HR Dashboard Update & Problem solving:
· Generation of email account for new employees and User ID deactivation for parting employees
· Update employee information on dashboard if any changes required.
· Follow leave management & off boarding process.
· Monthly report regarding Manpower to Plant manager.
· Resolve any IR or discipline related issues
