Job Description
○ Head of Human Resources and will be responsible for planning the development and attraction of human resources for the business. At the same time, support in solving internal issues related to the human resources department in the company.
○ To become a professional HR Manager, not only do you need solid professional knowledge, but you also need many special qualities to be able to balance emotions and reason, and make fair and wise decisions for employees as: Leadership qualities; Organizational and planning skills; Reasoning and logical thinking skills; Inspirational qualities.
○ Plan and manage the recruitment process
○ Develop and implement company rules and regulations
○ Human resource training
○ Develop and implement policies, salary and bonus regimes
○ Building and developing corporate culture
○ Plan to organize rewards, summaries, and parties
○ HR work management: Salary, PIT, Insurance, Labor contract, discipline…
○ Administrative work management: security, canteen, waste, cleaner, gardener, HSE, foreigner document…
Job Task
○ Organize and supervise administrative activities
○ Consultant abour Labor laws for BOD and all employees
○ Buidling Salary table, KPI, revise Salary yearly, survey some benefit's other company in Bau Bang location
○ Support to Union Team about Laws.
○ Human resource management in the company
○ Implement human resource training and development
○ Build and monitor salary, bonus and benefits system, buiding up Collective labor agreement, buiding up mailbox process
○ Design Grateful for employees (seniority), design phamlet recruitment and others
○ Managing company resources
○ Make report situation labor accident at company, situation using Vietames's labour to BDIZA, situation using foreigner to the Police, Immigration office,
and Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, report using Electric Planning and send to BB EVN, report Vietnames's employees stay in Binh Duong and Foreigner stay in Viet Nam on Lunar Year and some other reports.
○ Responsible for developing a system of policies and regulations related to administrative work such as: managing, purchasing and distributing equipment
and working tools; ensuring security and labor safety; complying with corporate culture; labor discipline; others
○ Perform other tasks, must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, have the ability to handle unexpected situations well, along with logical thinking and flexible behavior.
○ Manage business administrative costs
○ Graduated at least a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Administration Management.
○ At least 10 years experiences in this field.
○ English communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
○ Can working under high pressure
○ Resolving problems skill
○ Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
○ Presentation skills
Preference
○ Graduated from Formal university education
○ Strong about Labor laws, Foreigner Laws, Environment laws, PCCC's laws.
○ Good relationship with Government
○ Experiences about Audits, Social compliance.
○ Other certificates is prefer
