Mô tả công việc

Managerial

• Oversee day-to-day operations of IMPERIAL Complex Vung Tau, ensuring highest quality of operations and services.

• Participate and actively give recommendation in regular revenue strategy meeting and implement actions relevant to hotel operations.

• Ensure highest service quality at the IMPERIAL Complex in order to meet and exceed guest expectation.

• Focus on people and people development including:

+ Coaching and mentoring hotel management team to ensure career progression and development.

+ Define training program for the training the front-line staff along with the HR team/other external vendors.

+ Approve training programs of staff and managers.

+ Responsible for hiring, managing of managerial positions.

• Manage financial activities including:

+ Develop budgets for the IMPERIAL Complex.

+ Set revenue, costs and profit targets for the IMPERIAL Complex and ensure achievement of targets.

+ Coordinate with relevant operational department managers to identify and realize revenue enhancement opportunities.

+ Ensure costs are controlled throughout operational departments at the IMPERIAL Complex and oversee regular analysis to highlight problem areas and take
appropriate actions.

+ Interact and co-ordinate with other functions such as finance, IT, HR to ensure smooth functioning of the IMPERIAL Complex operations.

Technical

• Work together with the Managers to handle key property issues, including capital project, customer service and refurbishment through regular briefings and communication alignment meetings.

• Respond to periodical audit results and/or customer’s feedback to ensure continuous improvement opportunities are recognized and realized.

• Manage facility management vendors to ensure service quality standard.

Other responsibilities:

+ Ensure compliances, safety and risk mitigation measures are in place and adhered to.

+ Maintain property’s safety and security procedures

Yêu cầu công việc

• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams to achieve a high level of performance and exceed targets.

• Experienced in strategy setting, managing budgets, evaluating revenue proposals, and driving performance towards target.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Solid managerial experience in different department with a good understanding of operational-related topics, and a strong business acumen with uncompromising service standards.

• Excellent customer management experience.

• Bachelors in Hotel Management or equivalent from a recognized university.

• At least 10 years of experience at a leading international hotel group in an equivalent managerial position.

• Sound knowledge of the hotel property management systems and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector.

• Demonstrated progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.

• Proficient in English, native English speaker and multiple-language proficiency preferred.
