Kinh nghiệm:
1. Search and establish relationships with hotels, resorts, serviced apartments in strategic destinations (domestic and international).
2. Negotiate room rates, cancellation/change policies, allotments, commissions and commercial terms (commission, dynamic/static rate, stop sell policy...).
3. Sign and renew contracts periodically according to company regulations.
4. Coordinate cross-functionally with content, technical, and product teams to ensure accurate and timely integration of hotel data (images, descriptions, policies, rates) into booking systems.
5. Manage inventory and pricing strategy across platforms, optimizing room availability, rate parity, and competitive positioning against other OTAs.
6. Check and compare data with other OTAs to ensure competitive prices and policies.
7. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to support hotel product, handle escalated client issues, and maintain partner satisfaction.
8. Monitor the room sales performance of each partner, analyze booking data, cancellation rate, profit margin.
9. Propose incentive programs, combos or stimulus policies suitable for the season, itinerary or flight route.
10. Report to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for improving product profitability, partner engagement, and overall OTA hotel sales growth.
1. Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Bussiness or related field.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills (English proficiency required).
2. Professional Skills:
· Advanced commercial negotiation skills, particularly in working with large hotel groups, DMC (Dynamic Hotels) or OTA partners.
· Understanding of hotel contracting models (static/dynamic rates, allotments, commissions, rate parity, stop-sell policies).
· Hands-on experience with OTA distribution, rate mapping, and inventory management tools.
· Ability to build, maintain and develop long-term strategic relationships with partners.
3. Experience:
· Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in hotel contracting, OTA sales, or product management within the travel or hospitality industry.
· Direct experience negotiating with international hotel partners, global chains, or regional suppliers is required.
· Background in Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) is a strong advantage.
· Proficient with booking systems, pricing/inventory management tools and B2C travel platforms.
· Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
