Job Description

a. Implement solutions to effectively resolve customer service’s problems
b. Deliver and communicate solution to related parties as soon as possible
c. Escalate issues to NOC and related parties

Requirements:

a. Candidate must possess Bachelor degree of Computer Science/IT, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
b. Min. 1 year working experience in related fields (Technical & Helpdesk Support) or equivalent
c. Able to work in shifting every weekends and official holidays

d. Able to work in team and independently
e. Critical thinking and strong attention to details
