Get to know the Role:
Launch, operate and expand the concept and spaces of Shared Kitchen
Own the entire P&L of this exciting new line of business
Promote and educate the market of future restaurant concepts and delivery kitchens
Bring on-board the best restaurant partners
The day-to-day activities:
Strategise, plan and project manage the construction, roll-out and expansion of the Shared Kitchen concept
Prepare and track the projections, budget and P&L for future restaurant concepts and delivery kitchens
Secure suitable locations for our delivery kitchens and negotiate leases with landlords
Work with local teams to find and hire suitable architects, craftsmen and contractors across the cities
Work with Merchant Operations team to train our partner restaurants and kitchen operators and help them achieve and maintain operational standards.
Create lean operational flows to make the kitchens run as smoothly as possible and establish regular audits to maintain quality and standards
Actively analyse and review current operating processes and organizational structures to reach targets with focus on HACCP, staffing, food, kitchen equipment, work processes
Generate leads and sign on the best partners while also helping existing restaurant partners to expand their business with shared kitchens
Develop new revenue streams through existing supply chain and infrastructure
The Must Haves:
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the F&B industry preferably in a franchise organization or restaurant ownership
Min. 3 years of management experience leading a large team
You have strong business qualifications, e.g. in the form of a degree
You thrive in an environment that is entrepreneurial and extremely fast-moving
You have experience in project management and able to balance multiple priorities
You understand P&Ls and capable of owning them
You are empathetic and have very good rhetorical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Additional languages will be a bonus
