TEAM DESCRIPTION

The PMO & Business Improvement team assists Vertical Heads, Country Head, and company ExCo by leading & managing key projects related to the company’s strategy for Indonesia.

By conducting PMO duties across multiple functions and verticals, the team supports the implementation of winning strategies with significant impact on the company’s growth.

JOB ROLE PURPOSE AND DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS

  • Manages creation of multiple structured schedules and project plans based on project goals, resources needed, timeline, potential risk & challenges, and budget
  • Works closely with key stakeholders across different departments to develop clear and actionable deliverables on time-sensitive but mission critical projects or standalone analyses

IV. KEY DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

The day-to-day activities:

  • Build hypotheses and collect facts to identify pain points/issues/bottlenecks through data analysis, observation, stakeholder interviews, and time studies
  • Develop detailed project management framework consisting of objectives/targets, workplan, budget, timeline, issues & risks, costs, benefits (qualitative/quantitative), sustainability plan, and change management plan
  • Perform and maintain issues prioritization based on critical impact to business
  • Ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders
  • Adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues and ensure deliverables are done on a timely manner
  • Develop progress report and conduct progress meeting with key stakeholders on regular basis
  • Conduct sessions to obtain commitment from key stakeholders
  • Collaborate efforts with change agents to execute workplan
  • Develop and communicate live blueprint for initiatives to be executed
  • Mobilize project team members and communicate priorities internally by charting out clear to-do items, priorities and timelines
  • Help influence a high-performance culture by challenging critical business assumptions and encouraging cross-functional collaboration across Grab
  • Ensure implementation and measurement of key projects and initiatives with customer impact
  • Ensure implementation and measurement of key projects and initiatives that contribute to financial metrics
