Get to know the Role:

Oversee the entire GrabFood Operation team, including Content Management, Merchant Acquisition and Business Improvement/Project Management that takes care all day-to-day operations to ensure GrabFood achieve high quality service level


The day-to-day activities:

  • Work closely with Head of GrabFood Thailand to define business operations strategy and KPI before cascading down the plan to the relevant team, breaking them down into actionable steps with PIC and timeline for completion

  • Use data to solve business problems and translate the goal into tactical operations

  • Manage, coach and lead different functions within operations team and ensure the team can achieve their targets

  • Lead the effort of existing process improvement and development of new and scalable processes to efficiently grow the GrabFood business

  • Evaluate merchant engagement process (e.g. registration, update) and engagement programs to maintain merchant supply & improve merchant relationship

  • Constantly monitor and analyze business process, quality and SLA in content management to ensure GrabFood content constantly achieve excellent standard that can drive high customer demand
