Build, lead and coach high performing teams
The day-to-day activities:
Prepare business and growth plans and be responsible for its execution, business results, P&L and performance targets. This includes overseeing the operating plan, marketing plan, budget, cash flow and overall finances of the business vertical.
Initiate, solidify and maintain productive relationships with relevant industry partners.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product, focus on customer centric initiatives roll out to improve customer experience and to drive user acquisition/growth and engagement
Analyze and monitor key user metrics to improve the product and marketing efforts.
Proactively work with both local and regional teams to share best practices and efficiently use common resources.
Ensure that the company and its businesses comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practice.
Establish, achieve and report on milestones periodically to the Regional Head of Operations, Regional Head of New Business Verticals and the Country Head.

Must be equally adept at both strategy and operations

Minimum qualification:
Minimum 10 years work experience; Minimum 5 years experience in Management Consulting, General Management, Start-Ups, Investment Banking or other similar fast-paced industries
MBA degree preferred
Overall experience:
Strong Knowledge of the local market (strong network within the taxi industry preferred)
Prepared and able to provide high-level directions as well as be hands on when the situation calls for it
Adaptable; Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
Strong motivator and collaborator; Able to align large groups of people towards a particular goal
Proven experience in developing strategies, and translating said strategies into tangible outcomes
Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners, suppliers and contractors
Excellent leadership, management, problem solving, negotiations, interpersonal, and communications skills
