Tiki is seeking an aggressive, entrepreneurial, results-oriented leader to lead the product vision and then run new business initiatives. In addition to defining, developing, and driving the road-map and three year plan for new initiatives, you'll also be responsible for the revenue and profit goals of the initiatives. As part of this role, you'll work with peer category leaders, supply chain team and product managers in charge of consumer experience, sellers experience.

- Define product and service features and experiences to exceed the goals of the new initiatives
- Drive features from cross functional teams that improves new initiatives
- Collaborate with design and engineering to bring your ideas to market though rapid iteration
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Build business cases, articulate strategy, sell your vision to leadership, understand the market, analyze consumer engagement, lead your team, etc.
