You will be working as part of Kitchen by GrabFood team for our cloud kitchen business. We are a lean team, and work closely in service of shaping the Grab brand into a loveable powerhouse in Southeast Asia

Get to know the Role:

We are looking for Head of Site Acquisition with real estate background to join our team. As Head of Site Acquisition, you will have the exciting opportunity to grow our business, plan expansion plan and execute on acquiring new sites for Kitchen by GrabFood.

The day-to-day activities:

• Develop a detailed approach in planning and executing site expansion for Kitchen by GrabFood, including building Kitchens

• Leverage both personal and Grab’s business development network to generate new leads

• Manage end-to-end process of acquiring new sites, securing licenses, lease negotiations and maintain strong landlord tenant relations

• Prepare budgeting and expenses reports for the procurement of properties

• Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to our portfolio properties, propose solutions to management, and implement solutions

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results

The must haves:

• Minimum 5-10 years of primary experience in market expansion, launching new markets, and business development (F&B / real estate preferred)

• Proven track record in securing properties,achieving and exceeding targets and managing partner relationships

• Good understanding of P&L

• Strong knowledge of local market with extensive contact list in property and F&B industries

• Strong communication and influencing skills and ability to adapt to a very fast paced environment

• Hands on personality, fast learner and keen to get involved in multiple fast-growing projects

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
