Get to know the Role:
This role will be responsible for helping to accelerate growth and strengthening stakeholder engagement within Singapore for one of the Ventures of GrabVentures through strategic partnerships across industries to help build competitive moats for the business.
The day-to-day activities:
Establish contacts and build relationships for the business across industries
Define monthly and quarterly goals for the team and set-up strong tracking system for the same.
Engage marketing stakeholders to build strong materials (online, offline) for engaging partners.
Lead a BD team and burst barriers internally and externally to help team achieve targets.
Analyze business opportunities and emerging customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
The must haves:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree, with at least 8+ years experience in business development / strategic partnerships
Superior client engagement and communication skills
Self-motivated results driven, flexible and customer-focused
Should be a strong team player with thought leader qualities
Proven ability to manage internal, external resources and cross-functional relationships
Good analytical skills to assess the financial potential of new opportunities and existing businesses.
