Develop and maintain backend functions of Fossil Group’s e-commerce websites globally including:
- Work with of Product team to help identifying technical risks as well as providing other feedback and questions on product requirements document.
- Work with team lead and other team members to break down and estimate technical tasks
- Implement backend functionalities including business logics, databases, integrations to other systems to provide the requested business requirements.
- Perform unit test and support Quality Assurance team to make sure your implementation meets the quality requirements from business.
- Implement additional functions/API to support front-end team/
- Provide timely support or bug fixings for production issues relating to your implementations
- Work with team lead to design and architect major functions to meet requirements on performance and scalability.
- Coach other junior team members to help them reach their maximum potential/
