Mô tả công việc

  • Work with local suppliers, create POs on SAP system.
  • Follow related documents from suppliers (contract, invoice, other certificates, etc.).
  • Coordinate with sale team to take forecast and prepare forecast file.
  • Suggest final quantity for imported shipments.
  • Calculate costing, quotation, …
  • Control stock: review non-moving stock and balance between branches.
  • Claim the missing goods/ recorder from suppliers if any.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Working location in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7.
  • Major regarding Economic field.
  • Good at Microsoft office.
  • Critical thinking, enthusiastic and high sense of responsibility.
  • Good at English speaking and writing is an advantage.
