For Developer:
- Work on tasks assignment from leader.
- Do peer code review.
- Work closely with other team members.
For Leader:
- Follow the lead of the Engineering Director on project specific.
- Report to the Engineering Director.
- Review Functional specs with Engineering Director and write the Technical specs + ensure developers are clear on what is to be developed.
- Write deployment spec, perform deployment and support site launch.
- Monitor projects technical health and strive to enforce technical quality + escalate to Engineering Director when needed.
- Support Engineering Director for the task estimation, management process.
- Able to drive the development process when working with other partners and seek to improve overtime.
