Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, includes all P&L and cash flow statement, as per Pernod Ricard Group and Management requirement.
Provide monthly analysis, includes pricing, costing, sales, marketing, structure costs...etc. to assist Department Heads in more effectively understanding the performance.
Liaise with other departments to get the required information to prepare financial and cash flow forecasts / latest estimate as needed by Regional .
Assist in preparation of the annual budget and strategic plan.
Assist Finance Director to provide market intelligent analysis and develop IT tools to capture the information systematic.
Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
Update the new policy and regulation on finance issue to improve the business’s efficiency.
Assist to check and prepare monthly VAT, FCWT and CIT and submit the requirement reports to taxation department.
Review monthly actual to make accurate accrual and provision for the monthly closing.
Work with Finance team to provide Balance Sheet items movement and breakdown for review.
Liaise to deal with external auditor and consultants.
Performs other related duties and assist in ad hoc project as specify by Manager.
