[HCM] Assistant to MD (HBC)

- Promorion: Update promotion infomation and push/following with suppliers
- Price/cost adjustment on systerm: Mailer Promtion / Price-cost change/ ...
- New product listing preparation: Quality certification / Check docs with SM team / Code creation and Ordering
- Stock tracking: Check stock ordering / merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves and report to MD for each Mailer and events
- Data report : Mailer sales / event saels/ Monthly sales/...
- Support on POG
- Solve related problem or issues occur during working time.
- Support for some paper work and the others
- Collaboration with other team to make works run smoothly: OP team and BO team (Accounting / Legal / SM/ RDC...)

• Bachelor degree in Food/Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
• Adaptable and flexible
• Intergity and transparency
• Good communication and team work
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Fluency in English languages (both written and oral).
• Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
