Get to know the Role:
-Co-create Business Development plan and roadmap and ensure that this is synchronized with overall Grab strategic direction
-Project manage various Business Development initiatives to ensure it meets company KPIs
-Serve as a key member of the Grab Business Development team to drive overall strategy
The day-to-day activities:
• Keep the airport operation running efficiently
• Maintain good relationship with airport authority
• Deals maker for new profit centre at the airport
• Ensure best flow of operation at the airport
• Responsible to create strategic plan for airport business
• Maintain good relationship with airport partnership
• Engage airport community to use grab for business
• Think Financial Opportunities
• Ensure Budget Plan in line with the actual budget
• Profit Target oriented
• Oversee Airport Driver Performance and supporting Staff Performance
The must haves:
• Bachelor degree
• Microsoft Office and Especially Excel & Power point Expertise
• Deals maker and Strategic View
• Airport Knowledge & Experience, Good Communication Skill
