Kinh nghiệm:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing and sales plans for the company’s product groups, including strategies for each stage of the product life cycle.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on new product information, competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends.
Provide recommendations on product features, pricing strategies, and sales promotion programs to support nationwide sales activities.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with relevant departments to address product-related issues, sales challenges, and merchandising/display concerns.
4. Product Development and Innovation:
Propose innovative ideas for new products and collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) department to ensure timely product development aligned with the company’s plans.
5. Team Management and Training:
Manage, train, and guide Product Management (PM) team members to effectively perform their assigned responsibilities.
6. Reporting:
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by senior management, providing analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
7. Team Coordination:
Coordinate activities within the team and across departments to ensure smooth collaboration and achievement of shared objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Major:
Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Foreign Languages:
English proficiency required; Korean is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
Experience:
8–10 years of working experience in Marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Preference for candidates with experience in FMCG, nutrition, or food industries.
Experience in Product Management, Branding, Trade Marketing, or Market Research is highly preferred.
