[Hà Nội] Business Analyst Executive (E-commerce)

As an E-commerce BI Analyst Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the e-commerce business through data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting. You will work closely with various business units to understand data needs, monitor performance, and generate insights that guide business decisions. Your contributions will help drive operational efficiency, optimize marketing and sales performance, and support the broader business strategy.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Data Collection & Analysis

- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and readiness for analysis for E-Commerce business.

- Perform data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and business insights using statistical techniques.

- Support A/B testing, campaign tracking, and performance evaluation across e-commerce functions.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in defining new metrics based on evolving business needs.

* Reporting & Dashboard Creation

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

- Customize reports for specific teams (e.g., CM, EC Local, EC Regional, SP) to support their decision-making needs.

- Translate complex data into simple visualizations and insights that are easy to understand.

- Help automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

* Collaboration & Business Support

- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks.

- Support the business in data-driven decision-making by providing timely, accurate, and relevant information.

- Assist with data consistency, validation, and quality checks across reports and systems.

- Document analysis processes and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.

* Compliance & Process Improvement

- Ensure data used in reporting complies with company standards and governance policies.

- Identify opportunities to improve data processes and contribute to the ongoing refinement of BI tools and practices.

- Promote data literacy by supporting users in navigating self-service BI tools and understanding reports.

* Required

- 1–2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role (e-commerce experience preferred).

- Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).

- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, marketing, and sales metrics.

- English communication skills (written and verbal).

* Preferred

- Knowledge of the ASEAN e-commerce market.

- Familiarity with A/B testing and digital marketing analytics.

- Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script) is a plus.
