Get to know the Role:

As a GrabFood Merchant Operations Specialist you will working across different teams to out-serve Grab’s merchant partners. Therefore, your high-quality delivery is vital to Grab and our partner community. Every ‘Grabber’ is equally important and has the ability to directly impact Grab’s success.

The day-to-day activities:

• Supporting restaurants on boarding the platform

• Assignment of devices and distribution

• Maintenance of restaurant profile

• Function as the contact point for enquires from restaurants on the platform.

• Communicate clearly and effectively and maintain great relationships with restaurant partners.

• Act as the voice of restaurant partners and feedback account grievances and drive change in cases where it is necessary

• Work closely with various stakeholders departments to manage enquiries

• Other administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Continuous improvement of operational processes

• Weekends and shift work may be required

The must haves:

• Able to work in fast pace environment, self motivated and display good team spirit

• At least 2 - 3 years’ working experience in customer experience

• Process oriented background, with high attention to detail

• Able to work in fast paced environment, self motivated and display good team spirit

• Good written & spoken English

• Good interpersonal skills

• Comfortable to work with different function units in the organization and external stakeholders

• Well versed with Excel formulas and functions e.g.: data lookup function, IF conditional function, pivot table, etc. will be and advantage
