GrabFood Driver Operations Specialist

Get to know the role:

The GrabFood Driver team strategises and plans all supply-related activities that support the GrabFood business in Singapore. Our scope encompasses the entire journey of the GrabFood Delivery Partner from recruitment, to on-boarding and education, onto ongoing engagement. In addition, we also regularly manage other growth initiatives not tied to Delivery Partners per se, so there is considerable range to the work you could potentially do.

For this Driver Operations Specialist position, we are looking for a sharp and hungry go-getter who can think critically under pressure, and isn’t afraid to speak up and make decisions under difficult circumstances. Day-to-day Activities:

• Conceptualise, develop and launch initiatives aimed at strengthening the Driver supply arm of the GrabFood business.

• Continually optimise operational processes and draft new ones to accommodate changes to our business and/or supply-side initiatives.

• Track key metrics that are tied to general business performance and supply-side operations.

• Generate insights that the team can use to improve driver operations and sustain significant growth in the business.

• Collaborate with teammates within Grab on company-wide projects that tie back to GrabFood business objectives.

• Support and execute ad-hoc initiatives on short notice and under intense pressure.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in any of these fields: Operations, Customer Engagement, Process Optimisation, Management Consulting.

• Prior work experience in a Tech company highly preferable.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Powerpoint)

• Willingness to get hands dirty
