* JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and validate gluing processes, including material selection, surface preparation, mixing ratio, and curing parameters.
• Define and control process parameters to ensure consistent adhesive bonding quality.
• Establish and update work instruction (WI).
• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize gluing parameters.
• Troubleshoot daily production issues related to glue application, curing defects, or bonding failures.
• Support maintenance and calibration of gluing equipment (jigs, dispensers, mixers, robots, UV/heat curing systems).
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure stable production performance.

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechantronics.
• Hands-on experience in using 2D/3D software.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing.
• Understanding of adhesive chemistry and surface preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (DOE, SPC, FMEA).
• Working knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP is desired.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
