Furniture Planning Supervisor

Receive production orders; analyze requirements, evaluate priorities, and develop production plans in line with factory capacity.

Prepare master and detailed production plans; monitor, update, and report production progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Plan and track raw material availability (wood, hardware, semi-finished products) to ensure on-time production.

Work closely with Factory Managers and related departments (Production, Warehouse, Purchasing) to monitor operations and resolve issues arising during production.

Propose solutions and adjust production plans in response to changes in orders, materials, or capacity.

Participate in continuous improvement of production planning processes to enhance efficiency, reduce inventory, and ensure on-time delivery.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Willing to work overtime as required to monitor and report production progress.

Proficient in Excel (planning, tracking, and reporting).

Preference given to candidates with knowledge or experience in the wood/furniture export industry.

English communication skills are an advantage.

Available to start work before or after the Tet holiday.
