I. Key Responsibilities:
1.Franchise Recruitment & Sales
Identify, source, and qualify potential franchise partners through multiple channels (referrals, networking, advertising, digital campaigns).
Manage the entire franchise recruitment process from lead generation to signing agreements.
Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential franchisees.
2.Evaluation & Due Diligence
Assess prospective franchisees’ financial, operational, and business capabilities.
Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with franchise requirements.
3.Franchise Development Strategy
Collaborate with senior management to set annual franchise growth targets.
Research and analyze new market opportunities for expansion.
Provide input on franchise policies, procedures, and models to improve scalability.
4.Onboarding & Relationship Management
Support new franchisees during onboarding and training phases.
Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners to encourage long-term success and compliance.
Act as a key point of contact for franchise-related inquiries.
5.Performance Monitoring
Track franchisee performance against business plans.
