Assist Project Manager on planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects·
Assist Project Manager on selecting and approving shop drawings, samples, submitted by contractors/suppliers etc..
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Schedule and monitor program activities to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with external consultants/contractors/suppliers including the local approval authorities
Monitor program cost activity and budget tracking
Attend meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress.
Liaison with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, consultants, clients, contractors and suppliers.
Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.
Make sure client needs are met as project evolve
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Able to read/understand C&S Drawings/Architectural plans/ M&E Drawings/Interior Design Drawings and other plans and have a good understanding of construction work activities and sequence of work
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural/Building Engineering or accredited equivalent
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related discipline is required
Applicants must have good personality, self initiative and willing to travel SEA heavily
Applicants must be able to work independently and good team player.
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Good knowledge in Autocad, Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
