Financial Planning & Analyst Manager

The day-to-day activities:

• Manage financial planning process which includes annual budget, quarterly forecasting, and multiple-year business plan development and ensure all budgets are accurate, comprehensive and completed on time.
• Prepare a monthly reporting package that includes full financial statements, operational Dashboard reporting, analysis of key performance indicators, and comprehensive executive level explanations of variances and trends.
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting team & Business Intelligence team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly actual reporting, forecasts and budgets, as well as comparative views versus prior periods and key performance indicators against plan and other internal benchmarks, including working capital and cash flow analysis
• Provide financial analysis and business acumen in depth analysis that will assist the Head of FP&A/Senior Management in providing decision support and/or make tactical and strategic decisions in a variety of financial and non-financial areas at Marketing and Operations division.
• Integrate with company’s procurement processes to assure spending and investment remains in line with approved budgets
• Partner with Finance and Accounting team to help assure accurate and timely General Ledger close and reporting
• Motivate and coach staffs under his/her control, and specifically ensure that all junior / new employees are correctly and regularly trained and updated on company’s financial and reporting procedures.
