Finance Operations team within Grab Payments

Get to know the Role:

• Perform payment scheme and customer fund reconciliation. Work with Payment Gateways to clear reconciling items
• Drive improvement changes to minimize payments charge-back and frauds in conjunction with Risk and Pay Ops
• Support Merchant operations, act as a point of contact to resolve merchant escalations
• Look for automation opportunities in existing finance and operations processes and support automation initiatives
• Take on other areas or initiatives as required

The must haves:

• A degree with good honours from a top tier university in finance or accounting
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience in financial services, payments industry, strongly preferred
• 5-7 years
