About the Role
We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist with a strong track record of running high-converting campaigns on Meta platforms. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of paid social campaigns — from strategy to execution — to help scale our fintech customer acquisition efforts with a focus on performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (Leads, Conversions, App Installs, Engagement, etc.).
Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and conversion funnels.
Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS and report insights regularly.
Work closely with content and design teams to produce scroll-stopping ad creatives.
Conduct A/B tests to improve ad messaging, visuals, placements, and targeting.
Stay on top of Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, and new ad formats.
Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM parameters.
Requirements
2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
Proven ability to scale campaigns with data-driven decisions.
Strong knowledge of performance metrics and user funnel optimization.
Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive mindset.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Bonus Points
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or app marketing.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, or marketing automation platforms.
Basic design or copywriting skills are a plus.
