Get to know the role:
Expansion Senior Associate will be responsible to conduct market/industry and competition analysis in order to identify prospective new markets for GrabFood business launching
The day-to-day activities:
Support the Head of GrabFood Indonesia in expanding Grab presence to every part of archipelago
Conduct market study and competition analysis in order to understand the market landscape, delivery pain points, and market opportunity that is unique from one city (or region) to another
Prepare comprehensive analysis and report on existing and prospective markets for GrabFood business
Shape the future of GrabFood business and build the next opportunities or key strategic initiatives
Accountable for special project GrabFood launches
The must haves:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good in written and spoken English
Minimum 5 years of primary experience in strategic initiatives field
Other systems & tools to help analyzing and reporting
Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point, and has an entrepreneurial mindset
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel extensively in the next 6-12 months
