Get to know the Role:

  • Be a critical member of the growing Marketing Team. Feel the satisfaction of delivering marketing campaigns that drive visible impact in the market, and more importantly shape the future of our delivery-partner community as we strive to better their lives.
  • You will be responsible for delivering large scale marketing campaigns, and be a key contributor to the delivery-partner acquisition, retention and loyalty strategy.
  • To do this, you will need to be equally creative and analytical in order to create strategic ways for us to deliver insightful and meaningful campaigns to our key audience.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Prepare campaign and data brief, present them to internal stakeholders with clarity

  • Proactive coordination of marketing campaigns across all elements of marketing mix

  • Execute tailored and targeted local tactical and strategic campaigns

  • Tailoring communications messages in each campaign to connect relevant targeted personas and segmentation

  • Assist in insight analysis from research, market understanding and campaign post mortem

  • Champion Grab delivery-partner identify and brand, ensure messaging, positioning, tone of voice and visual identity

  • Work closely with Creative team, Media Agency and production to deliver great collaterals that make an impact.

  • Manage the marketing funnel from Awareness, Interest, Desire to ultimately Conversion.

  • Critical to be able to work closely and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across departments with ability to manage and work under challenging timelines.

The Must Haves:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s in Marketing or BBA

  • 1-2 years of marketing/campaign management experience (either in Consumer, B2B or both)

  • Personable, presentable and ability to articulate well

  • Critical and analytical thinking skills with sound understanding of marketing principles and message positioning

  • Ability to deliver revenue or profit growth initiatives

  • Ability to insightfully brief and direct creative materials based on audience, medium and channel

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way

  • Comfortable with designing, executing and tracking successful marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media campaigns, integrated marketing, mobile marketing and direct marketing campaigns.

  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Eloqua, Mailchimp, LeanPlum (or any data analysis software) a plus

  • Ability to use Adobe Suite or production software a plus
