Mô tả công việc

  • Implement and monitor Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) programs in the factory.

  • Ensure compliance with local ESH regulations and company standards.

  • Manage environmental activities: waste, wastewater, emissions, chemical storage.

  • Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.

  • Coordinate fire safety, emergency drills, and accident investigations.

  • Organize ESH trainings (safety, fire prevention, chemical handling).

  • Prepare ESH reports and support internal/external audits (Higg FEM, legal inspections).

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Safety, Engineering, or related fields.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in ESH/EHS in manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of labor safety, fire safety, environmental regulations.

  • Familiar with Higg FEM is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
