Experience:
Implement and monitor Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) programs in the factory.
Ensure compliance with local ESH regulations and company standards.
Manage environmental activities: waste, wastewater, emissions, chemical storage.
Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
Coordinate fire safety, emergency drills, and accident investigations.
Organize ESH trainings (safety, fire prevention, chemical handling).
Prepare ESH reports and support internal/external audits (Higg FEM, legal inspections).
Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Safety, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in ESH/EHS in manufacturing.
Knowledge of labor safety, fire safety, environmental regulations.
Familiar with Higg FEM is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
