ERP User Support
- Assist users in using ERP.
- Handle feedback from other departments (Sales, Reservation, Operations, Accounting teams…) across all destinations on ERP user issues and resolve errors as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Project team for further support.
- Identify root causes of errors and share common mistakes, prevention tips, and solutions with relevant departments.
- Collaborate with ICT and the Project team to maintain optimal ERP performance.
Training for New Sales Staff
- Develop and update training materials, tools, and user guides, e-learning courses.
- Coordinate training schedules with Sales Team Leaders and execute agreed plans.
- Conduct ERP training for new sales staff (send guides, facilitate practice, explain procedures, answer questions).
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up as required.
- Document ERP functions needing improvement during training and usage.
ERP Implementation
- Coordinate with department heads and ERP Support Executives across destinations to implement ERP.
- Advise Database team on data updates.
- Train users in Vietnam and assist other destinations with new ERP functions.
Support in developing the ERP system
- Gather user feedback and requirements for the Project team.
- Clarify needs and communicate with developers.
- Test new functions and involve staff in ERP testing.
