[English] Junior Operation Executive

It is suited for someone who already has real working experience and is looking to build a strong foundation in operations, coordination, and structured execution.

This role is for someone who is mature, dependable, and detail-oriented, and who takes responsibility for seeing tasks through — not just receiving instructions.

You will work closely with Project Managers, developers, and internal users to ensure requests are properly handled, tracked, and completed.

What You’ll Do

1. Internal Systems & Request Coordination

• Act as a coordination point between internal users and technical teams
• Convert user requests into clear, structured tickets
• Track progress, follow up proactively, and close tasks properly
• Maintain accurate records of requests and outcomes

2. User Onboarding & Support

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for internal systems
• Serve as first-line support for basic user questions and access requests
• Log issues, bugs, and feedback in a structured manner

3. Operations Support

• Support internal operations and recurring administrative tasks
• Keep trackers, documentation, and shared files organized
• Flag risks, delays, or unclear requirements early

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in operations, admin, coordination, support, or similar roles
• Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
• Organized, careful, and reliable in daily work
• Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Basic Excel and computer skills
