Engineer, IT Systems (MDM/SSO/MFA Specialist)

Get to know the Role:

• Participating in project deliveries, efficiently work with Project managers.
• Manage operations, monitor and resolve incidents, requests for MDM/SSO/MFA systems.
• Ensure high availabilities for MDM/SSO/MFA systems.
• Responsible for server operations and plan maintenances.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time of any tasks.

The must haves:
 

• Solid PowerShell / Shell / Bash / Python scripting skills.
• Solid knowledge in identity authentication technologies - SSO ( SAML 2.0, oAuth), LDAP and RADIUS.
• Solid knowledge and proven experience Mobile device management (MDM) systems.
• Savvy ITIL knowledge. At least 3 yrs of IT / tech operations experience.
• At least 3 yrs of administration experience in Windows / Linux / MacOS families on Cloud (AWS or Azure) and networking.
• Excellent soft skills - able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Open-minded, creative and innovative. Able to work independently with a high degree of ownership
• Setup, configure and maintain SSO connectors for system integrations.
