EHS Senior Supervisor

1. Xây dựng nội quy, quy trình, biện pháp bảo đảm an toàn, vệ sinh lao động; phòng, chống cháy, nổ

Plan and control EHS activities throughout the company

2. Xây dựng, đôn đốc việc thực hiện kế hoạch an toàn, vệ sinh lao động hằng năm; đánh giá rủi ro và xây dựng kế hoạch ứng cứu khẩn cấp; Định kỳ cập nhật quy định mới, tổ chức triển khai thực hiện.

Develop and supervise the implementation of annual occupational safety and hygiene plans; assess risks and develop emergency response plans; periodically update new regulations and organize their implementation.

3. Tổ chức thực hiện hoạt động thông tin, tuyên truyền, huấn luyện về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động; sơ cứu, cấp cứu, phòng, chống bệnh nghề nghiệp cho người lao động

Organize information, propaganda and training activities on occupational safety and hygiene; first aid, emergency care, prevention and control of occupational diseases for workers.

4. Điều hành hoạt động an toàn của Hội đồng an toàn vệ sinh lao động.

Operating EHS committees: Labor safety and hygiene Committee Council.

5. Tổng hợp và đề xuất với người sử dụng lao động giải quyết kiến nghị của đoàn thanh tra, đoàn kiểm tra và người lao động về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động

Collection and propose to employers to resolve recommendations of inspection teams, examination teams and employees on occupational safety and hygiene.

6. Duy trì và giám sát tuân thủ các yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn ISO 14001, ISO 45001 và các quy định khác liên quan đến an toàn, sức khoẻ, môi trường.

Maintain and monitor compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other regulations related to safety, health and environment.

7. Tổ chức thi đua, khen thưởng, xử lý kỷ luật, thống kê, báo cáo công tác an toàn, vệ sinh lao động báo cáo cơ quan cấp trên/Tập đoàn định kỳ.
Organize competitions, rewards, discipline, statistics, reports on occupational safety and hygiene work, and report to superior agencies/ Group periodically.

8. Giám sát, theo dõi khắc phục các điểm không phù hợp liên quan đến an toàn sức khoẻ, môi trường phát sinh trong quá trình hoạt động của nhà máy

Monitor and track the correction of non-conformities related to health, safety and environment arising during the factory's operations.

9. Báo cáo và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ theo yêu cầu của cấp trên. / Report and perform tasks assigned by superiors.

1.Có trình độ Cao đẳng trở lên/ College graduate or higher, 

2.Ngoại ngữ/Foreign language: Anh văn tối thiểu TOEIC 700 điểm/ English at least 700 points

3.Kinh nghiệm làm việc/Experience: Tối thiểu 03 năm lầm công việc EHS/ At least 3 years of experience working in EHS

• Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức
• Thử việc: Probation of 60 days
• Thời gian làm việc: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:45, 4 Saturdays working per year.
• Thời vụ/ Nghề tự do: Internal & external training on soft skills and professional expertise.
