Mô tả công việc

  • Administrative support: Handle documentation, data entry, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Operational tasks: Assist in order management, stock monitoring, and online product listing across e-commerce platforms.
  • Customer Service (CS): Support in responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and update sales performance reports, campaign tracking, and other operational data as required.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
  • Other tasks: Perform additional duties assigned by the E-commerce Manager to support business priorities.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related major.
  • Fresher, final-year student can work fulltime in 06 months, orientation in Ecom or digital.
  • Good in communication, problem-solving and hard-working skills
  • Good in English skills.
