Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Operations
- Manage and update product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms (wholesale & retail).
 - Maintain accurate product details, descriptions, and pricing.
 - Coordinate with overseas teams to support promotions and new product launches.
 
 - Marketing & Email Campaigns
- Plan and execute regular email marketing campaigns (EDM) using marketing tools.
 - Prepare marketing content and visuals based on seasonal or promotional themes.
 
 - Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Create images, banners, and promotional graphics for websites and online stores.
 - Design social media visuals (product posts, short videos, and advertisements).
 - Take and edit product photos or videos from received samples.
 
 - Social Media Management
- Manage company accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
 
 
Write creative English captions and content to grow audience engagement
