Get to know the Role:

• This role will serve as the voice of Grab to all our peers in transportation with the possibility to expand to other verticals.
• The person will work with internal teams, especially driver marketing and operations to build and develop lifecycle automation leveraging multiple communications channel. ​

The day-to-day activities:

• ​​Providing direction and strategy to the driver communications team

• Build and implement complex life cycle journeys

• Research feasibility and implementation of new communications channels

• Support local ad-hoc campaigns and communication needs

• Act as an Philippines champion regarding platform roadmap capabilities

• Partner with insights and data analytics to build best in class automated communications in all stages of the life cycle

The must haves:

• ​Professionally proficient in English and Filipino

• Understands and have prior experience or exposure ​to CRM or Database management.

• Hands-on experience with actual build/development of lifecycle ​automation (ie. ExactTarget, Responsys, Adobe, Eloqua, Leanplum, etc)

• Understanding of database management

• Previous management experience
